HOW TO USE
You can us it for all skin types.
- Step1 : Apply a serum oil or moisturiser to your skin. Do not use it on dry skin!
- Step 2: Squeeze the cupping in the middle with your fingers to let the air out. If you squeeze it near the mouth, the vacuum is stronger than if you squeeze it at the pointed end.
- Step 3: Place the cupping on the area you want to treat. Then release the pressure from your fingers, creating a vacuum that sucks in the skin and subcutaneous tissue.
Then gently slide the cupping in the direction of the arrows (see picture below). Always keep it moving, do not leave it in one spot for a long time! Start with the small cupping first.
Always slide the the cupping from the inside (i.e. from the centre of the face) outwards, and go through each point 3-5 times.
Use the small cupping to your lips, sensitive areas and around the eyes to treat crow's feet and fine lines around the eyes. Use the larger size on cheeks, forehead, upper arms and thigh/bottom area (to treat cellulite).
