What is a BB cream?

BB stands for "Blemish Balm" or "Beauty Balm", which is much more than a traditional tinted face cream. It gives medium coverage, less then a foundation, but lighter, more breathable underneath. All you see on the face with a good BB cream is that the skin is even-toned, as it doesn't settle into the creases or form a plumage.
It contains moisturising, anti-aging, anti-oxidant and skin smoothing ingredients, and some of them even contain sunblock.
